§ 32.25 PROCEDURES; ADMINISTRATION.
   (A)   Biennial review of City Council procedures. The City Council will review and revise the City Council Rules of Order and Procedure as needed, and at a minimum, every two (2) years.
   (B)   Adherence to procedures. During City Council discussions, deliberations and proceedings, the Mayor has been delegated the primary responsibility to ensure that the City Council, staff and members of the public adhere to the Council's adopted procedures.
   (C)   City Attorney as procedure advisor. The City Attorney assists the Mayor and City Council as a resource and as an advisor for interpreting the City Council's adopted rules and procedures.
