§ 150.17 APPEALS.
   Appeals from decisions made by the Building Inspector or the city under this chapter may be taken to the State Department of Housing, Buildings, and Construction unless and/or until the city establishes a City Board of Housing Appeals as set forth in KRS Chapter 198B to hear such appeals.
