Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor as defined by law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and subject to confinement in the county jail for a period not to exceed one year, a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00), or both fine and incarceration up to those stated maximums.
