§ 132.32 PERFORMANCE STANDARDS.
   (A)   Any premises for which an adult entertainment establishment license has been granted shall provide view as set forth in chapter.
   (B)   Dressing rooms shall be provided for all dancers.
   (C)   A barrier, including but not limited to a handrail, half-wall, or other similar device must be constructed that separates the performing area from the patrons.
   (D)   Employees shall not be permitted to loiter in an open doorway or entrance of the licensed premise.
   (E)   All doors to the licensed premises must be closed except for the limited time necessary to allow for ingress and egress during the hours of performance.
   (F)   No one under the age of eighteen (18) shall be permitted as a patron or employee during the hours the premises are open for business.
   (G)   No person who has been convicted of any prostitution related offense within the last two (2) years shall be employed.
   (H)   The license holder and all employees shall register with the police department to insure that they are neither minors nor have any disqualifying convictions within the last two (2) years.
   (I)   The use by the license holder, his employees, agents, or independent contractors of video cameras and/or any other surveillance equipment to monitor persons entering and exiting the licensed premise shall be strictly prohibited.
   (J)   An adult entertainment establishment shall not be permitted to open for business between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. each day.
