(A) In the event a violation of this chapter occurs, the city clerk shall prefer charges against the retail license and after notice, a hearing, etc., held by the city council, the occupational license shall either be revoked or suspended.
(B) In the event three (3) or more violations occur at a business establishment within a twelve (12) month period, after notice and hearing, the city council shall revoke the occupational license of the retail licensee.
