§ 113.99 PENALTY.
   Any pawnbroker or pawnbroker's clerk who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500, and his license may be forfeited to the city.
