(A) Any employee of the mayor who shall make public any information in violation of § 98.10 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisoned not more than one (1) year.
(B) Any person who violates the provisions of § 98.11(B)(1) and (2) shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisoned not more than one (1) year, or both.
