§ 95.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is specifically provided shall be, upon conviction, guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
   (B)   Any person, business, corporation, partnership, or other entity who violates the provisions of § 95.06 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) but not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each conviction. Each day the violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate violation.

   (C)   Any person, persons, or entities found to be violating or who have violated § 95.34 shall be fined five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day that a violation occurs or continues to occur shall be considered a separate and distinct violation subject to a separate and distinct fine.
   (D)   Any person, persons, or entities found to be violating or having violated the provisions of § 95.50 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day that a violation occurs or continues to occur shall be considered a separate and distinct violation subject to a separate and distinct fine.
