§ 94.05 RESERVATION OF SHELTER AREAS.
   Shelters in the public parks of the city may be reserved on a fist come basis, during the hours after 9:00 A.M. and before sunset on any day during the months of April, May, June, July, August, September and October, by completing a reservation form, and paying the following sums to the city:
   (A)   A non-refundable rental fee for the various city parks shall be as follows:
      (1)   Sterling Staggs Park: thirty-five dollars ($35.00) per shelter;
      (2)   Memorial Park: fifty dollars ($50.00).
   Reserving a date for a special event requires the payment of a one- hundred dollar ($100.00) non-refundable permit fee, plus a refundable deposit of fifty dollars ($50.00) per one hundred (100) expected guests. The refundable deposit will be returned in full if the area is left in good or better condition than before use. A “SPECIAL EVENT” is defined as a non-profit event that requires additional space for tents or other apparatus, and the use of large areas of the park, or that requires early acknowledgment for advance planning, such as weddings. Special events reservations may be made up to one year in advance.
   (B)   The rental/reservation agreement that is attached hereto and made a part hereof, together with all its terms and conditions, shall be utilized and executed by each and every person or entity renting and/or reserving a city park, and a copy of same shall be in the possession of the person or entity while utilizing the park.
