§ 90.04 CONFISCATED PROPERTY, RECORDS, DISPOSITION.
   (A)   Every discarded or abandoned item which is removed and taken into custody under this chapter shall be logged in the city records and disposed of in accordance with KRS 67.592.
   (B)   Abandoned vehicles shall be disposed of and the proceeds distributed in accordance with KRS 189.751.
