Public notifications, which are used for balloting and to inform residents of purposed speed humps and to have them vote, may be distributed by fliers/ballots mailed out to residents within 1,000 feet of the proposed speed hump location.
Note: Fliers, which require a response, should be sent at least two and one-half (2 ½) weeks prior to the response deadlines.
