§ 51.38 ESTABLISHMENT OF SEWER FUND.
   There shall be established a Sewer Fund for the city. All collections for sewer maintenance charges, tap-in charges, and any other revenues from the Sewer Department shall be placed into a Sewer Fund. The purpose of this Fund shall be to maintain, operate, and repair the sewer system of the city.
