§ 51.03 USE OF PUBLIC SEWERS REQUIRED WITHIN THE CITY.
   (A)   All property owners within the city must utilize the public sanitary sewer when it becomes available to the property. At the time pubic sanitary sewer becomes available, all property owners must discontinue using septic tanks and/or package treatment plants.
   (B)   All users who utilize the city's main sewer line traversing from Banklick Station Road northwardly to the Pioneer Drive area shall be assessed and pay their share of the cost of constructing a sewer line which then traverses and dumps into the main sewer line, except in the case of a subdivision which has constructed its own sewer lines in the subdivision and turned the lines over to the city.
   (C)   All properties located adjacent to a platted subdivision shall not be permitted to have access to the sanitary sewer system in the subdivision as constructed by the developer, unless the city and the developer approve the use and the owners pay their share of the construction cost.
   (D)   When a sewer line becomes available to a parcel of property, the owner of the property must tap-in to the sewer system at a location in accordance with the city's sewer plans as designed by the city engineer and approved by the city council.
