The residential solid waste collection fees, charges and impositions hereby established, levied, assessed and imposed, are those resulting from public bid for collection by a third party trash vendor and all fees are paid directly to the third party trash vendor. The city does collect any monies associated with the third party trash vendor providing services pursuant to this chapter.
