(A) The collection and removal fees shall be as set forth in § 50.01.
(B) The city has contractually agreed to pay the third party trash vendor for any delinquent accounts exceeding ninety (90) days to insure that the health and welfare of the city is not harmed by uncollected trash sitting curbside and the city’s employees being forced to pick up the trash. The failure to pay the third party trash vendor, placing the city in a position of having to provide subsidized trash collection for a residential unit is declared a nuisance.
