(A) The initial statement of financial interests required by this section shall be filed with the Board, or the administrative official designated as the custodian of its records by the Board, no later than 4:00 p.m., January 31, 1995. All subsequent statements of financial interest shall be filed no later than 4:00 p.m. on January 31 each year, provided that:
(1) An officer or employee newly-appointed to fill an office or position of employment with the city or a city agency file his or her initial statement no later than thirty (30) days after the date of the appointment.
(2) A candidate for city office shall file his or her initial statement no later than thirty (30) days after the date on which the person becomes a candidate for elected city office.
(B) The Board may grant a reasonable extension of time for filing a statement of financial interests for good cause shown.
