141.05 CHARGE FOR USE OF CITY JAIL.

There is hereby established a per diem rate of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) to be charged by the Police Department for each and every twenty-four hour period or fraction thereof that a prisoner from another political subdivision is housed within the City Jail.
