141.02 CHIEF; POWERS AND DUTIES OF DEPARTMENT.

The Chief shall be in charge of the Police Department under the supervision of the Mayor. All members of the Department shall have the powers and duties provided for such members by the laws of the State and the ordinances of the Municipality and shall exercise the same in such manner as may be provided by the rules and regulations prescribed by Council and the orders of the Mayor. (Ord. 1958-25. Passed 5-27-58.)
