§ 154.01 DEFINITIONS.

MOBILE HOME, TRAILER COACH or TRAILER. Any vehicle designed or constructed so as to permit its being used as a conveyance upon the public streets or highways and constructed in such a manner as will permit occupancy thereof as a dwelling or sleeping place for one or more persons.

MOBILE HOME PARK or TRAILER COACH PARK. The same definition as defined in Act 243 of the Public Acts of 1959 as amended being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.1001 et seq.
