For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AIRPORT. The county airport and all of the area, buildings, facilities, and improvements within the exterior boundaries of such airport, as it now exists or as it may hereafter be extended or enlarged.
AIRPORT MANAGER. The Manager of the airport.
BOARD. The Board of County Commissioners.
C.A.B. The Civil Aeronautics Board.
F.A.A. The Federal Aviation Administration.
PERSON. Any individual, firm, partnership, corporation, company, association, joint-stock association, or body politic, and includes any: trustee; receiver; assignee; or other similar representative thereof.
PORT. The airport of the county.
