   Ramp and parking fees on all paved surfaces at the airport are as follows:
   (A)   For light planes, defined as any craft whose published gross weight is less than 12,500 pounds;
      (1)   Five dollars per day or $50 per month when occupying 1,200 square feet of area or less. Annual rates may apply;
      (2)   Ramp/parking areas used as repair areas are $10 per day plus liability for any damage caused to the asphalt surface; and
      (3)   Transient general aviation (GA) light planes will be allowed up to five days per calendar year at no cost.
   (B)   For heavy aircraft, defined as any craft whose published gross weight exceeds 12,500 pounds;
      (1)   Five dollars per day for each 1,200 square foot of area occupied for longer than eight hours; and
      (2)   Ramp/parking areas used as repair areas are $10 per day for each 1,200 square foot area occupied, plus liability for any damage caused to the asphalt service.
   (C)   Ramp/parking fees are waived for the following aircraft:
      (1)   All Life Flight and Medivac; and
      (2)   Additional aircraft fees may be waived by motion of the Board of County Commissioners.
   (D)   Airport ramp and parking fees previously established pursuant to divisions (A) through (C) above will be enforced by imposing a penalty for non-payment, specifically: Any invoice delinquency of 30 days or more or failure to pay will result in the placement of a lien on the aircraft that is, or was, occupying the airport grounds that incurred the parking or ramp fee. Full payment of the past due amount will release the lien and entitle the owner of the aircraft to occupy parking space at the airport grounds upon pre-payment of one month’s fees.
