(A) The Advisory Board shall hold one regular meeting at least every three months in a public location. The date and time of said meetings shall be established by the Advisory Board. All meetings shall be open to the public and shall be held in compliance with Idaho’s Open Meeting Laws. The Advisory Board may adopt internal rules for orderly conduct of meetings.
(B) A quorum shall be a majority of the Advisory Board. All recommendations and actions shall be made by a majority vote of a quorum of the Advisory Board.
(C) The Advisory Board shall elect a chairperson and secretary from its members annually during the January meeting. The Chairperson shall be responsible for conduct of meetings and communications with the Board of County Commissioners and the Airport Manager. The Secretary shall be responsible for preparing meeting minutes, providing notification of meetings, and preparing and disseminating general correspondence for the Board. The Secretary shall also keep, maintain, and safeguard all records and documents pertaining to the Advisory Board until otherwise advised by the Board of County Commissioners.
