§ 91.002 ESTABLISHMENT, MEMBERS, AND TERMS OF OFFICE.
   The county’s Airport Advisory Board is hereby created.
   (A)   The Advisory Board shall consist of five members to be appointed by the Board of County Commissioners, at least one of which shall be a member recommended to the Board of County Commissioners by the City Council and reside within the City of Grangeville. The Advisory Board may make recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners concerning all new or replacement members. The Board of County Commissioners may appoint one member of the Advisory Board to represent the interests of the United States Forest Service on the Advisory Board.
   (B)   Each member of the Advisory Board shall serve at the will and pleasure of the Board of County Commissioners; provided, however, that unless sooner terminated, the term of office for members shall be as follows: Three members shall be appointed for a term of three years; and two members shall be appointed for a term of two years. (The initial City of Grangeville member shall be appointed to fill any existing vacancy, and then the Grangeville position shall rotate as described in this section.)
   (C)   Members of the Advisory Board shall be classified as “volunteers” and shall not be entitled to compensation for their service. Members of the Advisory Board shall not be entitled to reimbursement for expenses incurred by reason of their service unless prior written approval of the Board of County Commissioners is obtained.
