§ 91.001 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ADVISORY BOARD. The county’s Airport Advisory Board.
   AIRPORT. The county’s airport.
   AIRPORT MANAGER. The individual appointed by the state’s Board of County Commissioners as the primary person responsible to the Board of County Commissioners for maintenance and operation of the county’s airport.
   BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS. The Board of the county’s Commissioners.
