The Board of County Commissioners shall have authority, should the need arise, to appoint a Solid Waste Coordinator and to employ such additional persons as it shall deem necessary to administer the solid waste disposal and collection system. All salaries paid from the Solid Waste Fund shall be determined and fixed by the Board of County Commissioners. All duties and responsibilities of the Solid Waste Coordinator shall be determined and fixed by the Board of County Commissioners.
