§ 33.01 DEFINITIONS.

The words and phrases included in this subchapter shall be given their regular and ordinary meaning. Legal terms shall be given the meanings applicable to Idaho Code § 63-602NN when applicable, and when not defined therein, as otherwise provided by applicable state law.
