(A) The Board of County Commissioners declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid for police training from the Law Enforcement Planning Commission under the provisions of Idaho Code Chapter 51, § 9-5118.
(B) Pursuant to Idaho Code Chapter 51, § 19-5117, the county, while receiving aid from the Law Enforcement Planning Commission, pursuant to said Chapter 51, will adhere to the standards for employment and training established by the state’s Peace Officer Standards and Training Advisory Council.
