§ 31.22 ESTABLISHMENT AND APPOINTMENTS.

(A) There is hereby created the county Department of Disaster Management, which is hereby designated as the Disaster Agency, maintained by the county pursuant to Idaho Code Title 46, Chapter 10.

(B) The Department of Disaster Management shall consist of the Disaster Management Coordinator as its head, and such other personnel and volunteers as may be appointed or authorized by the Board of County Commissioners.
