§ 152.43 JUDICIAL REVIEW.
   (A)   Any person aggrieved, or any taxpayer affected, by any decision of the Board of County Commissioners may present a petition to the county’s District Court, setting forth that the decision is illegal, in whole or in part, and specifying the grounds of the illegality. Such petition shall be presented to the District Court within 30 days after the decision is filed in the office of the Board of County Commissioners.
   (B)   The petitioner must exhaust the administrative remedies provided herein prior to availing himself or herself of the right to petition to the District Court, as herein provided.
