(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) In accordance with Idaho Code § 50-1316, any person who shall dispose of or offer for sale any lots prior to recordation of a plat, as provided in Idaho Code §§ 50-1301 through 50-1325, shall pay $100 for each lot and part of a lot sold, disposed of, or offered for sale. There will also be a subdivision ordinance violation recorded against the grantor’s and the grantees’ parcels of land involved in the nonconforming conveyance.
(C) Should the method described in § 150.071(F)(1) be chosen as a separate portion of the claim against the landowners and the subdividers, the District Court shall impose a civil penalty of $500 per lot for each lot sold prior to the recording of the final plat.
