§ 110.20 AUTHORITY AND PURPOSE.
   This subchapter is adopted pursuant to the authority conferred by Idaho Code §§ 23-927, 23-1012, and 23-1332, as amended in 1987, which provides that a county may, by ordinance, allow the sale of liquor by the drink on Sundays, Memorial Day, and Thanksgiving, and may also extend until 2:00 a.m. the hours of sale of liquor by the drink, beer, and wine.
