§ 110.04 TIME LIMIT FOR APPLICATIONS.
   (A)   The Board of County Commissioners shall act upon an application for a beer and/or wine license, or a transfer or renewal thereof, at the next regularly scheduled monthly meeting of the Board of County Commissioners following the receipt of the application by the Board of County Commissioners. In the event the Board of County Commissioners would have scheduled the continuation of any meeting, which continued meeting would occur prior to the next regularly scheduled monthly meeting, the Board of County Commissioners may act upon such application at an earlier time.
   (B)   The procedure for processing applications for beer and/or wine licenses, transfers, or renewals shall be governed by Idaho Code §§ 23-1015, 23-1315, and 23-1318, and any rules and regulations promulgated by the Board of County Commissioners, in accordance with Idaho Code Title 67, Chapter 52, the Administrative Procedure Act.
