7-2-5: NUISANCE, AIR POLLUTION PROHIBITED:
Any open burning that would otherwise be allowed under this Chapter, but is determined by the City Fire Department to be a nuisance, hazard, or source of air pollution, shall be prohibited. (Ord. 274, 9-14-1999)
