All charges and fees for issuance of certificates, interments, disinterment’s, permits and all other cemetery services, such charges and fees having been approved by the City Council and listed on the City’s fee schedule set by resolution, shall be paid in full prior to issuance of the license or permit, and prior to the services being provided. All fees and charges previously approved and adopted by the Council that are now in effect are hereby reaffirmed reapproved and shall remain in full force and effect until amended or repealed.
