6-1-4: FILING WITH CITY:
Upon placing a notice of violation upon any vehicle, the law enforcement officer, or other parking control officer as designated by the mayor, shall file a copy of the notice of violation with the city clerk not later than the next business day and shall retain a copy for his or her records. (Ord. 248, 2-27-1996, eff. 4-1-1996)
