5-3-12: NUISANCE:
It shall be unlawful for the owner of any animal to fail to exercise proper care and control of such animal and failing to prevent such animal from becoming a public nuisance. Excessive or continuous barking, molesting passersby, chasing vehicles, habitually attacking other domestic animals, trespassing upon public or private property, causing damage to the property of another, or by trampling or eating the bushes, gardens or vegetation of another, are acts which are deemed to be a nuisance per se.
