4-2-4: PENALTY:
Any person violating the provisions of Section 4-2-3 of this Chapter shall be punished, upon conviction, by a penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 149, 5-9-1978; amd. 2000 Code)
