The Clerk shall mail a statement of the total cost to the person failing to abide by the notice to abate and if the amount shown by the statement has not been paid within one month, the City may pursue the levy of an assessment as provided by Idaho Code 50-334 and 50-1008. (Ord. 350, 12-13-2017)
