4-1-4: ABATEMENT BY CITY:
If the person so notified neglects or fails to abate the nuisance as directed, the Chief of Police, or other City officers initiating the notice, may cause the nuisance to be abated, keeping an accurate account of the expense incurred. The expense shall be fully itemized and filed with the City Clerk. Such expenses shall be paid by the City. (Ord. 350, 12-13-2017)
