3-1-10: RECONVEYANCE:
Business and vendor licenses are only valid for the persons originally issued to. It shall be unlawful to sell or convey to another person any business or vendor license. When a business changes ownership a new application must be made with the City Clerk. (Ord. 273, 12-22-1998)
