3-1-8: FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY:
Minimum liability insurance amounts for all carnivals, public entertainment devices, sponsored events, rides, shooting galleries, and other such vendors and events will be established by the Mayor and Council by resolution. (Ord. 273, 12-22-1998)
