A. Posting Of Order: Upon order by the mayor to be posted at four (4) public locations in the city, customers shall water their lawns and gardens on alternate dates only, as follows:
1. Even days: Even numbered addresses.
2. Odd days: Odd numbered addresses.
B. Violation: Violation of this section after one verbal or written notice shall constitute a misdemeanor. (Ord. 213, 9-11-1990, eff. 10-1-1990; amd. 2000 Code)
