9-1-10: INJURY TO WATER SYSTEM UNLAWFUL:

It shall be a misdemeanor for any unauthorized person to maliciously, wilfully or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the water system. (Ord. 213, 9-11-1990, eff. 10-1-1990)
