9-1-9: AUTHORITY TO AMEND REGULATIONS:
Nothing herein contained shall prohibit the City from amending, altering or adding to the provisions of this Chapter in relation to rates, charges, expansion, alteration, repair or any other matter related to the water system, as changed conditions may require from time to time. (Ord. 213, 9-11-1990, eff. 10-1-1990)
