9-1-7: CITY NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE:

The City shall not be held liable for damages to any customer by reason of stoppage, blockage, backup or other interruption of water service caused by accidents to the works, alterations, additions or repairs to the water system or from other causes that are beyond the reasonable and prudent control of the City. (Ord. 213, 9-11-1990, eff. 10-1-1990)
