A. Misdemeanor: Allowing deterioration by wilful neglect of any lot, building, or structure within the Historic District, failing to comply with this Chapter, or violating this Chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor.
B. Continuing Violation: Each day a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
C. Separate Offense: The landowner, tenant, subdivider, builder, public official or any other person who commits, participates in, assists in or maintains any such violation may be found guilty of a separate offense.
D. Additional Remedies: Nothing in this Chapter shall prevent the City Council or any other public official or private citizen from taking any lawful action as is necessary to restrain or prevent any deterioration within the Historic District by willful neglect or any violation of this Chapter.
