8-2-7: CONTINUANCE OF EXISTING EXTERNAL FEATURES, OCCUPANCY AND USES:
Nothing in this Chapter shall affect the external features or prevent the continuance of the existing occupancy or existing lawful use of any structure as it existed on the effective date hereof. (Ord. 270, 9-8-1998)
