7-4-2: ENFORCEMENT; PENALTY:
Any person or persons violating any of the rules and regulations of Idaho City parks adopted by the city council shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and each such violation is punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 325, 6-10-2009)
