7-4-1: IDAHO CITY PARKS RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The city council is hereby authorized from time to time to make such rules and regulations for the government of Idaho City parks and the care thereof as it may deem proper or expedient. Such rules shall be adopted by resolution of the city council, and shall be available to the public for review at city hall. (Ord. 325, 6-10-2009)
