7-3-2: PENALTY:
A first violation of this chapter shall be deemed an infraction, punishable by a fine of twenty five dollars ($25.00). Any second or subsequent violation within one hundred eighty (180) days of a prior violation shall be a misdemeanor. Each such offense is punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
